Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Get Off The Couch apparel (jerseys, shirts, gloves, fanny packs): Made and shipped by us here in the USA. Orders are packed and shipped right away — within 1 business day — and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Camping & pet gear (tents, backpacks, sleeping bags, collars, bandanas, cat nest): These items ship from our fulfillment partner's US warehouses. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, then about 3–8 business days for delivery depending on the item. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Pre-orders (New Design Jersey, Beanie): Pre-order items ship in about 3 weeks, as noted on the product page. If you order a pre-order item together with in-stock items, the in-stock items ship first.

If anything about your delivery time changes, we will email you. Questions: reply to your order confirmation email.
